Distributed Transaction Coordinator Service Failed

Hi,

I facing problem for Windows Server 2012 R2 for the Distributed Transaction Coordinator Service is failed to start.

I been try running cmd (Run as Administrator) for uninstall but it wont uninstall

MSDTC -uninstall

hope I can fix this problem.

at the Component service is My Computer is showing the Red Arrow Down
