Just installed the roles for cert server web enrollment . when attempting to access the site I get below either from the locahost or network Would reinstalling IIS and WAS be advised? This server does host the CA

file, locate the module reference or the DLL reference that is invalid,
and then fix the reference. To determine which module reference is
incorrect, enable Failed Request Tracing, and then reproduce the
problem.
