Windows update is not applicable to your computer

Hi,

I am not able to update my windows server 2016, when I click on update from settings getting message as "Your computer is up to date". However, its missing last two months kB (SEP & NOV), tried installing the stand alone KB, getting error as "Windows update is not applicable to your computer". Tried installing SSU of AUG, SEP and NOV but not getting resolved. Can someone suggest on it.

Note: Windows Installed update is blank,
