When switching from Core to GUI different Commands

Hello Everyone, I am getting ready to pass 70-410 Windows Server 2012 Exam.

I have the following question:

When switching from Core to GUI, I know in PowerShell we do Install-WindowsFeature Server-GUI-Shell, Server-GUI-Mgmt-Infra.
i get confused when I also see the following PowerShell code : install-windowsfeature -includeAllSubFeatures User-Interfaces-Infra
what is the difference between the two?
