Can't upgrade Windows 2008 Web Server R2 to Windows 2012 R2

Hello,
i'm trying to upgrade Windows 2008 Web Server R2 to Windows Server 2012 R2 STD, but alway get this error: Impossibile upgrade to Windows 2012, try to install new copy of Windows 2012.
I tried all version of Windows server 2012, but nothng to do.
Any idea?
