Samsung SmartView for Windows XP-downloads but Windows Installer won't load and open

I still use an ASUS PC with windows XP ... downloaded Samsung SmartView to cast PC screen to smart TV...,windows installer won't load and open...says needs to be upgraded to newer version...how do I get it?
