hi! I updated my windows today and after update i got the notification that windows could not install the update. So naturally i went and clicked check for update in settings. At this point i realized that my computer was very slow. I opened task manager and my CPU speed had dropped to 0.78 GHz. I tried restarting my computer but to no avail. i tried rolling back the update but it says that my computer has been updated 10 days ago so it cannot be rolled back. While typing this i looked at task manager and see my CPU at 3.2 GHz. For reference my CPU is i7-4700MQ 2.4 GHz. Depending upon the load the CPU speed is changing. I launched a game and my CPU dropped back below 0.8 GHz. The cooling fan is also not working after the update.
