User profile folder on Desktop

Hi there,

I have upgraded OS from 2008 R2 to 2012 R2, there was a folder used to be on desktops of all server (RDSH). Now I am looking for a setting that can show that "User's profile" folder on every user's desktop connects to this remote server.
