Windows 10 Media Creation Tool Not Working

I have a Windows XP computer with a 32-bit Processor. I downloaded the Media Creation tool from Microsoft and it says that it is not a valid win32 application. How do I get it to run on my computer, or is there a different media creation tool for 32 bit?
