Failed to start Software Protection service

[S-K_P]

When I try to start Software Protection service we get the following error.

---------------------------
Windows could not start the Software Protection service on Local Computer.



Error 5: Access is denied.


---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

And then try to check with process monitor which result is given below.



So please help me to fix it.
