security update KB4520724 got installed automatically by NT authority system

Hello Team,


We have a windows server 2016 standard edition on which update policy is been set to downloadonly & patching is been done manually, here my concern is we have found KB4520724 got installed automatically by NT Authority system.


would like to know is this a normal behaviour?
