Patch - Reboot Loop in 2012

Hi All,

Recently we received many complaints that the below patches are creating reboot loop and after getting into safe mode. It resolves the issue.

Even recent Dec month patches creating the same issue in Windows server 2012. Can we ignore this patches or is there any Microsoft hot fix released. Please advice on how your handling this issue
