Load needed DLLs for kernel at start.

What is happening with my pc is that it was running perfectly for years, suddenly at startup the kernel message popped up. I formatted the HD and reinstalled win XP and the few software I use and everything worked, when I turned off the pc and turned on again the same message appeared ... formatted again, and the same happened. Today find a post to repair win xp, I did the procedures and he repaired without touching the software I use, excellent! I turned off the pc and turned on, and again the same kernel error.
