Transferring serial data to Excel in REAL Time

I have a serial data that is coming out of a microprocessor , I want to do three things. First put the data in different cells in Excel. Second , store the incoming data in a file that I later can study off-line. Third , Display on the screen the data of each row from column B to column O.


How do I do that.
