Server 2012 R2 Time Sync Identification

Seeking_Technology

Hello, Please move if in wrong forum

I have three Servers 2012 r2 Domain Controllers, 20 Member Servers and 50 Win10 Desktops. I am seeing multiple time sync issues in the Event Logs of the Windows 10 desktops. Checking the Windows 10 desktops “Windows Time” service is disabled (Possible default install from previous administrator.)

DC01 is my PDC, DC02 and DC03 are my BDC.

My questions are:

-How do I identify which Domain Controller is the authoritative time server?

-How do I point member servers and desktops to an authoritative time server? (GPO?)

I have tried several “net time” and “w32tm” commands and looking for straight answers on how to identify and set an ATS

Thank you

Thank you Bruce
