No more rights on disks (except system disk) on Windows Server 2016

Stuck with a "{letter} is not accessible - Access is denied" on all my disks except system disk within my VM since a reboot.

I'm loging in with a domain admin account
Windows Server 2016 on vSphere 5.5

Same behaviour when i try to create a new volume
Impossible to create from "Server Manager" (insufficient rights) but ok from "Computer Management". Access is denied when i try to go inside


Already tried/check these actions

CHKDSK -> OK
Logging with local admin account -> no change
No UAC
No remarquabale error in System events
