Can't access websites

i am using windows 8 and all of a sudden i can't access, Macy's, at all. And other websites, southwest, kroger, etc. Any website I try to log in on, says access denied. I have tried various things, such as doing a recovery. That worked yesterday and today I am back to not being able to access anything.

this is on google, chrome and IE. what in the world is going on?? So frustrated.
