How to prevent Windows Update from automatically installing a specific driver

Customer has several Windows Server 2016 Standard servers on a network with two large Ricoh Multi-Function Printers. When I launch Windows Update, it always detects the driver for the MFPs as needing an update. But when WU attempts the update, it always fails with: RICOH - Printer - 7/11/2019 12:00:00 AM - 3.10.0.0 - Error 0x80070490

The MFPs are working fine and I don't really want to update the driver anyway. How can I configure WU to ignore this specific driver? I've tried using WUSHOWHIDE.CAB, but that doesn't seem to be effective. I only want to ignore this specific driver and not all drivers in general. Can I add a registry entry or something that will stop WU from attempting to install this driver?

Thanks!
