The server （windows 2012 r2 standard ）needs to visit a remote server service port to do the windows activation. But it cannot telnet service ports of the server , so the windows system is not activated now .
For further testing , I find that it cannot visit all internet websites ,and any other service ports of other servers. But it can reach internet websites and server domain names by" ping" command on cmd window.
How should i troubleshoot the problem ? Would you please help overcome the problem ? Thank you in advance !
