Server 2016 Standard - Server Manager crashing when adding roles

Hi there,

When I go to add a role the server manager crashes and closes.

I've done an SFC /Scannow and DISM restore health to no avail.

Event logs show event ID: 1026, 1000 and 1001 in the app logs.

Faulting module is C:\Windows\System32\KERNELBASE.dll

This server is a virtual machine.
