RDP works via phone but not via PC

Sorry for my english first,

Recently we set up a VPN, but it is not configured yet, no updates, nothing strange, however, RDP works only my iphone et not through any PC (used to work fine from my home, and different places i work)

Server 2012.

Would appeciate any kind of help
