Hi I am disabled old man and live off a small monthly allowance. I can't afford to pay anything at this moment but maybe later. For months now I can only use my keyword by putting in to the onscreen keyboard. Someone at Microsoft helped me once for free because I am disabled. How can I get someone to take over my laptop and fix it for me?
