Hi,
I've got a strange problem in following constellation:
-Five Terminalserver with OS Server 2016 Build 14393 virtualized on vmWare 6.7
-Each Server is configured with 6 virtual CPUs and 32GB RAM. The average use is about 50%-70%
-On each Server inter alia is Office 365 and Navision installed.
Now I'm having following situation:
When a user (no matter if it's an admin user or a normal domain user) saves an Excel sheet to a folder (no matter if it's local or a network location) everything works fine.
When a user selects "Save as" to save the Excel sheet to a new folder which is created threw the small explorer window AND the folder is NOT renamed everything works fine either.
But when the user is renaming the new created folder and then pressing enter Office is crashing with "Microsoft Excel has stopped working".
The same thing is happening with MS Word or Outlook attachments, too.
Also the same problem appears when I'm trying to save a FOB File from Navision
I've tried following things without success:
-Remove Anti Virus software
-Disable Windows Firewall
-Tried different settings for UAC
-Tried to watch crash with Process Monitor
-Searched for Windows Updates
-Tried different Builds of Office 365 installation
-Disable Windows Search
Could there be a problem with file extensions of File Explorer?
Interesting is, when I'm saving Sites from Internet Explorer everything works fine.
Maybe someone has any advices
Thanks!
