Unable to unistall Spyhunter 5

I've been in a constant battle trying to delete the thing, I can't just out right delete via folders because im unable to force close a task(Spyhunter Product.) because I don't have permission(im the administator). And using the actual uninstaller, via programs and features, it says: "Failed to stop service: EsgShKernel", and since I don't have the product key, I cant uninstall using"microsoft fix it".

How the hell do I uninstall this thing?
