Hello, and thank you for reading (and, hopefully, responding to) my post.
I have, yes, WinXP SP2 on my PC and, sometimes (though certainly not always), a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) appears during shutdown.
On the screen is a fair amount of information that, unfortunately, I don't remember as I write this (but, if you need to know it, I can take notes the next time I see it and report back), but I DO remember that win32k.sys seems to be the file that's causing it. (It's mentioned on the screen.)
Can you please either point me to where I can get a clean replacement for that file (if, indeed, that would solve my issue) or, in the alternative, assist me in trying to stop the BSOD from re-appearing?
