Hi everyone!
I have an old computer with Windows XP; I tried to plug in a webcam, but everytime I do so the blue screen pops out and I have to restart; while I am familiar with the blue screen issues, this time the screen does not show any text; I have no idea what the error is. I assumed it had to do with the drivers for the webcam, so I uninstalled them and let the computer do the automatic update. I later on tried again to plug in the webcam but the issue perssists.
The webcam I got is nothing fancy, just a cheap one I got from the dollar store, do you think this is the issue??
I have been trying to fix this for over three weeks now but no luck.
I thank you for any help you can provide me.
