APPCRASH on EXE that was working.

Not sure what happened as this was working and suddenly stopped, but not for all users. An admin and a regular user are having this issue, but a second regular user is not, the application works fine. Had this a few months ago and was able to fix it with the help of the software provider, however forgot to note how we fixed it. Reinstalling software and rebooting system have not solved this. The funny thing is, all the information in the problem signature is the same as it was in November.
