Hyper-V does not show up in 'Turn Windows features on or off' on a Windows 10 Home laptop

Hi, I would like to enable Hyper-V on my computer so I can use Virtualbox but when I go into 'Turn Windows features on or off (optionalfeatures.exe) it doesn't show Hyper-V, instead it shows virtual machine platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform.

I know Hyper-V virtualisation is not enabled because when I go into 'System Information' it says it is not enabled.
