Windows 10 Upgrade from Windows 7 failed for the 10th time.

This is getting ridiculous, and frustrating. What happened to simple instruction, video, pictures, and words anyone can use to accomplish the conversion.

It takes an hour or more and I paid $139 for a headache, not software, and help is no where yet that can address the issue.
