What a nightmare
I could not print documents PDF,WORD but I had continuity to the printer through my wifi network. I could print diagnostic pages from HP SMART APP under printer setting/tools/printer reports but nothing else so I knew the printer was connected and printing. HP SMART App does not have a printer driver update
I was able to print after finding this link and download HP printer assistant

now hp smart app works now too. I just downloaded all the driver products and ran HP printer assistant
