Greetings Microsoft Support,
We installed new print servers 2012 and they are running Safecom G4. They used to be on server 2008.
Problem at the moment :
Some users are experiencing “access denied error” when trying to connect to the (Safecom pull print share)
We have checked the server and all the setting seem to be correct and also the users that are affected have mixed profiles and Windows OS builds

This is not related to the error that the users are getting.
However, I have checked that the mentioned Group Policy setting is not configured for all computers (including working and not working). So this does not apply in our environment.

This is related to Windows Server 2003 & XP. Also not applicable to our environment.
Dear Bonga,
Please note that the same user is able to connect from another computer. Hence, there is no problem with the server settings.
However, I did check and both drivers are installed already. Below are the printer properties:
The “System32\Drivers” folder has Read & Execute access for all users. The folder is not shared directly but it is working for the same user and all other users.
The problem is that it is not able to authenticate and keeps asking for credentials:
Do you guys perhaps have an idea how we can go about to resolve this issue.
Many Thanks
Bonga
