No computer can run windows update - Old server in Specify intranet Microsoft update service location the problem?

I can't even turn on the service for windows update. I'm assuming the group policy is the problem. I see at the bottom it's pointing to a server that no longer exists (sbshingesvr). I can't figure out how to redirect, if it is the problem. Honestly, I'm fine with disabling whatever is stopping client computer updates. Thanks for any help you can give me.
