Will CPU upgrade affect Server 2012 activation?

I have a HP proliant DL360p 8gen that has windows server 2012 r2 standard and is activated. I have had trouble in the past with hardware changes and just wanting to see if I upgrade the CPU on this server if it would cause Windows to become deactivated due to the change. I would be changing the CPU from a 6 core E5-2620 v2 to a 10 core E5-2690 v2.
