Installing new domain controllers with Windows 2019

I need one more help from friends.

I will install new domain controller servers in my Windows 2012 R2 domain.

But I want to keep the name of my two current domain controllers and the same IPs.

What would be the best process to do?

Or is it not a recommended procedure?
