Trying to change domain controllers in Administrative Center fails with "failed to retrieve domain controllers information".

This occurs on all DCs. Premier support has been no help thus far. I see no errors in the event log, and have found no reports of this error.

I can't post images yet, but when I can I have an image of this error as well.
