Cipher Strength

Using Windows Vista Business. I need to change my Cipher Strength to 128.
Currently set to 256.

Ideas ?

Did you ever get an answer to this problem? I have Vista Home Premium and
the same problem. I am NOT computer savey and need to know if this is the
reason allot of my pictures don't show up on web pages - even the Microsoft
Web pages.

No the cipher strength is not the reason.

It's hard to say what is but often incomplete downloads are caused by a
parameter called "MTU" that is set for your network card and Internet
router. You really need a tech-savvy person to look at the issue. ISP's
telephone support won't do - issues like that aren't a part of the script.
