can't connect ladap software to AD Server 2016

Hello Everyone

i have problem about ldap to connect with AD Server 2016 , i test to my lab use ldap software to connect with 1 AD Server it success but when i try to connect with production have 3 AD server is not success , i allow port 389 , 636 and when to try connect have error invalid credential , i don't know how to solve this please help me
