I found a bug on Windows Server 2012 R2

I have just setup a Windows Server 2012 R2 VM and when I opened the Start screen I discovered that I cannot click the bottom right button because the charms bar pops up. I have not installed the Desktop experience or any Windows updates because I just set up the VM. If this is already fixed then sorry for wasting your time.
