How do I check if my domain is healthy?

Hi,

in the past when inserting a new domain controller I witnessed some problems, because there was an old domain controller turned off that caused tombstones.

I want to know how many domain controller servers there are in my domain and whether my domain is healthy.

What commands should I run to get all this information?

And what should I observe to be corrected?
