Update from Win 10 1809 to 1903 Build 18362.478 Created HDCP issues with HDHomerun Prime Output

I update from version 1809 to 1903 back in December. Immediately began having HDCP issues.

HDHomerun Prime will not display audio or video when selecting DRM channels from my cable supplier. All the non-DRM HD channels are fine. I have gone over this with Silicondust tech support for quite a while all they can tell me is that is an HDCP non compliance.

So something was broken in the upgrade.

Two Errors are displayed although not at the same time.

A. MF_MEDIA-ENGINE_ERR_DECODE : HRESULT - 0xC00D36F2 or

B. Channel not playable due to HDCP issue.

Silicondust claims it has something to do with either audio or video driver. I have tried all sorts of changes to the drivers with no luck.

However on occasion these channels might work just after entering my desktop from a boot up ( before my icons are even on the screen ). But it lasts only for a few minutes before erroring out.

Using AMD A10-5800k APU with Radeon Graphics and AMD high definition audio.

Display adapter is Radeon HD 7660D

Anything you can help me with here?

George
