Hello,
I recently upgraded from Server 2008 to Server 2012. I had tasks in the task scheduler which ran fine while on Server 2008, however, since the OS was upgraded to Server 2012 the scheduled tasks no longer run. What do I need to do to make them work again?
Some information:
The tasks show as being completed successfully but nothing runs.
I tested by trying to run the schedules task in a command line : schtasks /run /s \\ServerName /TN “TaskName” but get an access denied.
Since upgrading to Server 2012 does something else need to change to get scheduled tasks to work again?
Thanks

Some information:
- The tasks have not been changed in any way since the upgrade to Server 2012
- The tasks are set to run whether the user is logged on or not
- The tasks are set to run with highest privileges
- The user running the tasks is a part of the Backup Operators group. This has not changed
- The user remains part of the “Log on as a batch job” group in Local Security Policy – Local Policies – User rights Assignment
- The task “Configure for” setting on the General tab was changed as a test to Windows Server 2012 but this has no effect.
