Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 10

I purchased Windows 10 download from MS and have downloaded the Image (.iso) I burned the image to an DVD and tried running it from there. It says it can't run from the operating system I have on the computer, Windows Vista Home Premium. now what. I can't get the DVD to run as the boot either.
