How to diable url in emails

Hi - we got quite a lot suspicious spam emails. Is there a way to disable the url in such emails? for example, to remove https:// or http:// of such embeded links will prevent users to click on it. Users can still copy/paste such link to browser to open it if they need to. Is there a function in Exchange server or outlook can do it or a third party software? Thanks.
