So I just recently bought new computer parts and built my pc. First week of using it was great but then all of the sudden, it started Bluescreening which the issue was bad ram and I have replaced it. But when my pc was Bulescreening, my CPU and Disk usage is almost always 90% - 100% and I just thought these issues were related. But after fixing the Bluescreen, my CPU and Disk usage are still very high and I'm honestly not sure what's wrong. I've ran scans for viruses because I've heard that most of the time it's a virus causing the issue but nothing came up. One thing I forgot to mention is sometimes I would get a Video Scheduler Error after I start up my pc but I haven't gotten it in the past few days. My specs are: CPU - Ryzen 5 3600, Motherboard - B450 Tomahawk, GPU - Rtx 2060 Super, Power Supply - Thermal Take Smart Series 700W. I would appreciate it if somebody could help me and give me some ways to troubleshooting this.
