When the computer wakes up from sleep (Only for the sleep caused by idling), It does not seem to allow me to execute any executable or commands

Sequence of events to replicate this:

Let the PC idle for 30 minutes -> It goes into a sleep mode.

Wake it up (Either by keyboard/mouse/power button...etc)

At this point, clicking windows button/Trying to open task manager/Try to open any executable apps (chrome, file explorer, games...etc) returns nothing.

Only way to fix it is to restart the computer.

My Windows 10 had issues where it would wake up from sleep with 0 input from the user after 0.2 ~1 hr from the moment the user puts it asleep. I disabled every input source that could wake it up, only leaving the power button to be the only source that could wake up the PC, it still woke up on its own after some period of time.

That was resolved when I reinstalled Windows 10. Now I am having this issue of the windows not able to execute anything when woken up from sleep that it fell into from inactivity. On the other hand, if I make the computer sleep, it wakes up and works just fine.
