DPC watchdog Violation, Power state driver failure, and windows settings app crashing

So I have been having this problem for a while now. followed guides, but nothing seems to work. although BSD occurs less often now I will still get DPC watchdog violations and power state driver failures. my drivers are up to date, as well as windows. Idk if this is related to the issue but the windows settings crash whenever it's open for more than 30 seconds as well.

Additional info,

there is no common thing I am doing when the crashes occur besides maybe being on a browser.

I have edited some settings in the NVIDIA control panel and intel graphics settings. maybe there is some conflict determining which to use?

I have taken my laptop apart a couple of times, maybe I made a mistake somewhere?

I have edited which apps on my pc have an internet connection. maybe I blocked an important app from internet access?

Any help is appreciated.
