Unable to start Windows Firewall service in Win 10 1909

Hi,
I have a problem with start Windows firewall service (mpssvc). I have all options greyed in services.msc (screen included). I have no GPOs active, I looked in registry, I tried to start service via cmd, and also reinstall service, but still without success. (screens from cmd also included). Is any way how to bypass any rule and start it as System or completely reinstall Windows defender? If you need more information or outputs, I'll provide them.

Service Base Filtering Engine (BFE) is running

I tried these commands:

0. Rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection Ndi-Steelhead 132 %windir%\inf\netrass.inf

1. netsh advfirewall reset
2. net start mpsdrv
3. net start bfe
4. net start mpssvc
5. regsvr32 firewallapi.dll

Also I tried to remove my AV Eset Smart security, but still I'm unable to start Windows Firewall service, and if this service is not running I'm not able to start and update all application from Microsoft store and also Microsoft store. I tried update and re-register metro appd via powershell but with error Windows Firewall service is not running.

Error in CMD: Error 1058: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
