SearchIndexer.exe has failed recently / WSearch (Windows 10 / Feb 2020) <Failed to read Description. Error Code: 2>

I did not install or uninstall anything recently. But all Search functions suddenly stopped (in the Start Menu, the Windows Settings window, etc.)

I tried to run the Search Index troubleshooter but to no avail.

I created a new Windows User/Account but the Search also failed to start.

I checked my main SSD for errors and the drive is perfectly fine.

I'm using an excellent paid security solution and my system is and has been clean for many years.

Could someone please advise ?
