CA Migration from Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2012 R2

I want to migrate a CA that is installed on a windows 2008 R2 to another windows 2012 R2 server.
Can you confirm if:
Should I keep the same name of the CA?
Should I keep the same server name?
Should I keep the same IP?
I see it as keeping only the same name of the CA
