Certification Authority not showing up

I setup and configured my 2 new 2012 domain controllers to be CA. I am trying to configure an IIS web server to use either of them as the online CA. Here is what i am doing:

1. IIS>highlite the server> double click Server Certificates> on the far right select Create Domain Certificate
2. fill out all the info, click Next
3. it brings up the "Online Certification Authority" box. The first field is Specify, so i click on the Select button, the only CA that is listed is the old Server 2008 CA, not my 2 new ones

So how do i get the new CAs to show up in this selection box?
